The current Reform UK is a joke and it is ridiculous to think that they could be effective in parliament or run the country.
- In July 2024 Farage claimed he tried to vote in parliament but couldn’t work out how to do it, when all the other new MPs managed fine.
- In January 2025, Reform UK attempted to force a vote against Labour’s child protection legislation, and failed to read out the list of Reform MP names from a piece of paper.
- Ex-Reform UK MP Rupert Lowe criticised Farage’s leadership of the party in an interview, stating that Reform is a protest party, with Farage having messianic qualities and implying that he didn’t have the right people around him.
